Ce projet s\u2019inscrit dans le programme national <strong>OMBREE<\/strong> (Outre-Mer pour des B\u00e2timents R\u00e9silients et \u00c9conomes en \u00c9nergie), pilot\u00e9port\u00e9 par l\u2019Agence Qualit\u00e9 Construction et financ\u00e9 par les CEE.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\ud83c\udf0d<\/strong><strong> Pourquoi CLIMAYOTTE ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 Mayotte, la conception bioclimatique des b\u00e2timents s\u2019appuyait jusqu\u2019ici sur les donn\u00e9es d\u2019une seule station m\u00e9t\u00e9o situ\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019a\u00e9roport de Pamandzi. Or, il est n\u00e9cessaire d&rsquo;adapter la conception des b\u00e2timents aux <strong>r\u00e9alit\u00e9s climatiques locales <\/strong>pour garantir \u00e0 la fois le confort des usagers et la performance environnementale. Cette adaptation est d&rsquo;autant plus n\u00e9cessaire dans un contexte de changement climatique.<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Les 3 volets du projet CLIMAYOTTE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet <strong>CLIMAYOTTE<\/strong> repose sur trois volets essentiels pour adapter la conception des b\u00e2timents tertiaires de Mayotte aux enjeux du changement climatique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udce1 1. Le climat<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour mieux comprendre le climat local, deux nouvelles stations m\u00e9t\u00e9o ont \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9es \u00e0 <strong>Dembeni<\/strong> and <strong>Ouangani<\/strong>, en partenariat avec le laboratoire <strong>EnergyLab<\/strong> de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de La R\u00e9union. Autonomes gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9nergie solaire, elles mesurent en continu le <strong>rayonnement solaire<\/strong>, la <strong>temp\u00e9rature<\/strong>, l\u2019<strong>humidit\u00e9<\/strong> et la <strong>direction des vents<\/strong>. Ces donn\u00e9es permettent d\u2019affiner la connaissance des <strong>microclimats mahorais<\/strong>, d\u2019adapter la conception des b\u00e2timents aux conditions r\u00e9elles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9volution du climat \u00e0 horizon 2070 a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9e : la conception des b\u00e2timents devra s&rsquo;adapter aux conditions thermiques plus extr\u00eames.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\ud83c\udfeb 2. L\u2019instrumentation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des campagnes de mesure ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9es dans deux coll\u00e8ges repr\u00e9sentatifs :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Ouangani<\/strong>, con\u00e7u avec des principes bioclimatiques,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Dembeni<\/strong>, plus ancien et moins optimis\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces observations ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 un <strong>usage parfois excessif <\/strong>et mal r\u00e9gul\u00e9 de la climatisation et une sous-utilisation des brasseurs d\u2019air. Elles ont aussi mis en \u00e9vidence l\u2019importance de<strong> l\u2019orientation des b\u00e2timents<\/strong>, de la<strong> v\u00e9g\u00e9talisation <\/strong>et des<strong> protections solaires, <\/strong>qui peuvent r\u00e9duire la temp\u00e9rature int\u00e9rieure jusqu\u2019\u00e0 <strong>\u20132 \u00b0C<\/strong>, am\u00e9liorant ainsi le confort thermique et r\u00e9duisant la consommation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udcbb 3. Les simulations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus de <strong>2 400 simulations thermiques dynamiques<\/strong> ont \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9es pour \u00e9valuer l\u2019impact des <strong>choix architecturaux<\/strong> (isolation, orientation, protections solaires, ventilation) et des <strong>sc\u00e9narios climatiques futurs<\/strong> (RCP 4.5).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats montrent qu\u2019en l\u2019absence d\u2019adaptation, les consommations de<strong> climatisation pourraient augmenter de 25 % d\u2019ici 2070<\/strong>. Cependant, en optimisant la conception \u2013 r\u00e9gulation optimis\u00e9e de la climatisation, isolation performante, protections solaires efficaces, ventilation adapt\u00e9e et bonne orientation \u2013 il est possible de <strong>r\u00e9duire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 66 % la consommation li\u00e9e \u00e0 la climatisation<\/strong>, tout en am\u00e9liorant le confort et en limitant les \u00e9missions de CO\u2082.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\ud83c\udf31<\/strong><strong> Enseignements cl\u00e9s<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet met en \u00e9vidence qu\u2019il n\u2019existe pas de solution unique.<br>Le confort thermique et la performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique d\u00e9pendent de l\u2019<strong>\u00e9quilibre entre<\/strong> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Protections solaires<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Isolation<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gestion de la porosit\u00e9 et de la ventilation naturelle<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>V\u00e9g\u00e9talisation autour des b\u00e2timents<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est aussi crucial d\u2019<strong>accompagner les usagers<\/strong> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Par la <strong>sensibilisation<\/strong> (par exemple via un livret d\u2019accueil),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Par une <strong>r\u00e9gulation plus fine<\/strong> de la climatisation (temp\u00e9rature de consigne, horaires, compl\u00e9ment par brasseurs d\u2019air).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9couvrez tous les r\u00e9sultats et recommandations dans le document complet CLIMAYOTTE<br>\ud83d\udc49 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pergola-outremer.fr\/ressource\/climayotte-synthese\/\">[T\u00e9l\u00e9chargez la synth\u00e8se ici]<\/a><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le changement climatique accentue les d\u00e9fis de conception des b\u00e2timents, surtout dans les territoires insulaires comme Mayotte.
