These thresholds are defined by geographical area and building type.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nThe reference year used to compare consumption data must comply with two rules:\n \t<ul><li>It must be between 2010 and 2019,<\/li>\n \t<li>It must correspond to a full year of operation (12 consecutive months).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nRecent buildings (built after 2010) or new buildings with a tertiary sector floor area of over 1,000 m\u00b2 must also meet the targets set by the tertiary sector decree.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column
